This latest addition to Manhattan's East Side is a collaborative masterpiece developed by Tidhar Group, Ltd., and designed by the award-winning CetraRuddy Architecture.
Situated at the southeast corner of East 20th Street and Third Avenue, just steps from the iconic Gramercy Park, 200E20TH is a harmonious blend of minimalist design and bold architectural expression. The building's rich jewel-tone colors and burnished metal façade pay tribute to the Beaux-Arts style prevalent in the area, while adding a modern twist. The 20-story boutique tower houses a limited collection of 52 residences, ranging from one to three-bedroom and penthouse units. Each residence is a testament to luxury, with amenities that include a fitness center, a serene "secret garden," and a landscaped roof terrace offering breathtaking skyline views.
Susan de França, President and CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, captures the essence of 200E20TH: "It's a privilege to present a project that embodies the spirit of Gramercy, where the city's rich history and vibrant present meet. 200E20TH is not just a building; it's a celebration of this unique neighborhood's legacy and future."
Elena Sarkissian, a veteran in luxury real estate with over 20 years of experience, leads the sales and marketing efforts. She brings her expertise from previous successful projects, including the $700-million 108 Leonard in Tribeca. Sarkissian emphasizes the building's organic fit within Gramercy's aesthetic, noting, "200E20TH is designed to seamlessly integrate into the neighborhood, reflecting the park's elegance in its landscaped spaces and bronze exterior, while offering sophisticated and timeless interiors."
The residences boast Italian White Oak wide-plank floors, panoramic windows, and state-of-the-art VRF heating and cooling systems. The kitchens are equipped with Miele appliances, Calacatta Oro marble countertops, and custom White Oak cabinets. The primary baths feature Perla Venata Quartzite tile floors, Bianco Dolomiti marble walls, and polished-nickel fixtures, while the secondary baths and powder rooms are equally luxurious.
The amenities at 200E20TH are curated for the ultimate urban living experience. The building also includes a cutting-edge fitness center with the Oxefit XS1 AI-powered training system, a children's playroom, and bike storage.
Nestled in one of New York City's most picturesque neighborhoods, Gramercy Park is synonymous with old-world charm.
