Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM) announced on January 5, 2018 new refined residential rental building with a boutique feel and eighty on-site parking spaces available to residence. This beautiful residential building can be found on 411 West 35th Street, by New York City’s Hudson Yards and Chelsea neighborhoods. The Lewis building ‘s commercial space is one currently contagious 13,000sf, and they will consider divisions.

Residential building was designed by West 35thStreet, SBXLVI, LLC an affiliate of Joy Construction, and MADDD equities with gorgeous interiors designed by INC Architecture & Design. Each residence will be living in modern amenities, 186 sophisticated studios, one and two bedroom options for approximately $3,000 per month. In addition, residences will be presented with sleek fixtures and finishes, including wide-plank oak hardwood flooring, custom Italian cabinetry, silk black Caesarstone countertops, paneled dishwashers and Liebherr refrigerators, full height titled bathrooms, deep soaking tubs, walk-in showers in select residences, ornate black double pane windows with retractable solar shades, and select residences also offer private terraces.

The Lewis will be offering more refined amenities to its location offering comfort and relaxation, including 24-hour doorman and concierge; a luxurious resident lounge and alcove lounges on each of the building’s twelve floors; landscaped terrace; cardio and weight training rooms; bicycle storage; and a decadent rooftop terrace with sunbeds, causal seating and dining area with grills.

Eli S. Weiss, principal at Joy Construction says, “We are excited to continue our involvement in the transformation of the Hudson Yards neighborhood. Having actively developed in the area since 2010, our team’s knowledge of local market trends and inventory led to the curation of boutique rental residences that offer an elevated lifestyle.” Eli hopes that the residence will appreciate the location and design put into The Lewis.

The Lewis was named for successful entrepreneur and philanthropist Lewis Katz. Katz had a storied career in law, sports, media, banking, real estate, business, publishing and philanthropy. He dedicated his life to improving the chances of success for young people, particularly those disadvantaged by life's circumstances. He was the founder of the Katz Foundation—which for more than a quarter of a century supported charitable, educational and medical causes.
