Developed by Happy Living Development with architecture by DJLU Architects and interior’s by Aldo Andreoli, the nine story, 37 unit project went on the market six weeks ago, and after just three weeks already sold 11 units and is currently 30% sold. 

The exclusive sales agent for The Museum House is Rachel Medalie of Douglas Elliman, who also happens to be the developer and a local in Brooklyn.
