Developed by The Brooklyn Home Company the Butler Collection is two boutique ground-up new developments located at 350 Butler Street and 137 4th Avenue, featuring 41 residences, including three sprawling penthouses and two duplexes with yards, in Brooklyn's tree-lined Park Slope.
