SERHANT. launches leasing at 11 Greene
Arch Companies has partnered with SERHANT. to start leasing for May 1 at 11Greene, a modern luxury rental building at 11 Greene Street in the heart of SoHo. The building features 31 elegant, brand-new rental units and ground-floor retail. Developed from the ground up by Manhattan-based Arch Companies, with financing provided by Maxim Capital Group, the loft-style units will be leased exclusively by Ryan Serhant and Charisse Chassen of SERHANT. in collaboration with Nestseekers International. This project marks the fourth New York City development project that Arch has either invested in or restructured since the firm’s inception in 2017.
The residences, controlled through Crestron smart home technology, will include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 1,400 to 2,400 square feet with generous ceiling heights of 12 feet. Additionally, 11Greene offers a full-service doorman, resident storage room and a gym, while a number of units feature home offices and private outdoor space.
“These exquisite, fully amenitized apartments offer a classic, immersive downtown Manhattan experience in the heart of one of New York’s most exclusive and storied neighborhoods,” said Serhant. “Residents will have the look and charm of classic SoHo with the comfort of a completely modern and spacious apartment.”
The building and all residences were designed by prolific architect and interior designer Gene Kaufman of GKA, whose recent projects include numerous ground-up hotels, mixed-use and residential buildings, including ML House, Le Meridien (292 5th Avenue), Otto at 211 McGuinness and the MADE Hotel. Arch Builders, a subsidiary of Arch Companies, is delivering construction management services on the building.
Located on a cozy cobblestone corner in SoHo’s cast iron district, 11 Greene sits at the crossroads of some of Manhattan’s best dining, shopping and nightlife, as well as offers residents easy access to a range of subway options. When completed, 11 Greene will be home to high-end retail on the ground floor.

Ross Berkowitz, Senior Managing Director with Newmark Knight Frank, will be the leasing broker for the ground-floor retail units.
11 Greene adds to Arch Companies’ rapidly expanding national residential portfolio, with properties in Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, New York, North Carolina and South Carolina.
