One Manhattan Square
One Manhattan Square on the Lower East Side waterfront displays this beautiful pink living room in one of the model apartments. Designed by New York-based designer Anna Karlin, this home is based on a specific character archetype and is dubbed "The Instagrammer." This living area adjacent to the kitchen is full of eminently Instagrammable modern furniture and accessories with pops of bright color including the bold pink walls.

One High Line
Developed by Witkoff Group & Access Industries, One High Line is a luxury condominium project spanning a full city block in Manhattan's West Chelsea neighborhood. One High Line is comprised of two sculptural twisting travertine towers designed by the world-class Danish architect Bjarke Ingels. This home's eclectic interior is designed by AD100 designer India Mahdavi, who intentionally curated this home's office with a radiant pop of red meant to captivate. Mahdavi furnished the office with her custom TX desk, Hexagonale chairs, Bruno bookcase, and Babel tower, all within the same color scheme to draw attention to the room's details.
