Michael Lorber and Alexander Boriskin Form The Michael Lorber Team

Douglas Elliman Brokers, Michael Lorber and Alexander Boriskin have co-founded The Michael Lorber Team. The award-winning brokers have over $1 billion in closed deals to date and have completed transactions in some of New York City’s most notable condominiums and co-ops such as 432 Park Avenue, The River House, One Beacon Court, 781 Fifth Avenue and 620 Park Avenue, among other prime properties.

“We are thrilled to be creating this new team continuing in our efforts to service our clientele – be it buyers, sellers or investors,” said Michael Lorber. “Alexander and I are committed to getting results and exceeding expectations.” The team will be located at Douglas Elliman headquarters at 575 Madison Avenue.

As a Licensed Associate Broker, Lorber paved his success in real estate sales after procuring hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate transactions as an attorney. He joined Douglas Elliman in 2006 and has since earned coveted industry and press recognition, plus starred on the first season of Bravo’s popular show, Million Dollar Listing New York. Both Lorber and Boriskin have had substantial success with residential resales, and also have overseen numerous new development projects including consulting of floor plans, finishes, amenities and pricing through innovative marketing to sell out.

Boriskin has overseen more than $500 million in sales and has broken price records in buildings across the city. Beyond Manhattan, his successful track record of sales extends to the Brooklyn and Hamptons markets as well as an extensive network in Miami and Palm Beach. He is often quoted as a source as a real estate professional with a profound understanding of changing markets.
