Developer Sheryl Hempel Partners with SERHANT. to Launch 330 Grand in Lower East Side

October 07, 2024 by Jeremy Lindy in Real Estate

Developer Sheryl Hempel has teamed up with SERHANT. New Development to launch sales for 330 Grand, a striking new condominium building situated in Manhattan’s vibrant Lower East Side. The exclusive boutique development introduces a collection of one- and two-bedroom residences, ranging from $1.495 million to $2.75 million, each showcasing contemporary designs with an emphasis on open-plan layouts, refined finishes, and private outdoor spaces.

Designed by the award-winning architectural firm Kurv Architecture DPC, led by Alex Loyer Hughes, 330 Grand is a standout with its Wavy White German Terra Cotta panel façade that adds a bold, modern touch to the neighborhood’s traditional redbrick aesthetic. This dynamic architectural statement sets the tone for the upscale living experience within, which includes spacious interiors, direct elevator access, and in-unit washers and dryers in each residence.

“The vision behind 330 Grand was to seamlessly blend modern design with timeless elegance, offering a home that is both visually stunning and incredibly functional,” says Sheryl Hempel, CEO of Building Gotham. “We’re proud to introduce a property that stands out for its contemporary sophistication, while still connecting residents to the vibrant lifestyle of Downtown Manhattan.”

Each residence features sophisticated design elements such as wide plank natural oak flooring, ceilings that invite natural light, and state-of-the-art kitchens fitted with integrated Blomberg refrigerators, Miele stoves, and Induction cooktops. Natural Imperial Danby marble countertops and custom cabinetry elevate the kitchen experience, while luxurious bathrooms offer large format Italian porcelain tiles, Sapienstone countertops, and satin brass hardware. With its modern finishes and high-end appliances, 330 Grand represents a new standard of luxury boutique living in the LES.

Residents of 330 Grand can also indulge in a suite of thoughtfully curated amenities designed for convenience and relaxation. A stunning rooftop terrace, complete with Kenyon BBQ grills and panoramic city views, offers a perfect space for entertaining. Other features include a virtual doorman system, private storage units, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The inviting lobby, adorned with Italian Luce Gold wall panels and Calacatta Natural Stone flooring, establishes a sense of refined luxury upon entry.

“With its bold architecture and upscale living experience, 330 Grand brings a new level of luxury to the Lower East Side,” says Ryan Serhant, CEO of SERHANT. “Every detail has been curated for those seeking both elegance and functionality in their home.”

330 Grand’s location on the Lower East Side offers residents immediate access to some of the city’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Its central location also provides easy access to adjacent neighborhoods like Chinatown, The Bowery, and Nolita, with nearby subway lines making commuting a breeze. The property’s unique design and curated amenities make it an attractive option for discerning buyers looking for a modern sanctuary in one of Manhattan’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
