Guests enjoyed live music by Sterling Quartet, an electric string band that performed eclectic covers, refreshments from Blankslate Tea and catering by Mangia. 277 Fifth Avenue is a striking, modern tower designed by internationally-acclaimed architect Rafael Viñoly and developed by Victor Group and Lendlease. Jeffrey Beers International is responsible for the interiors. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is the exclusive sales and marketing agent.

Last night, D’USSE Cognac drew a crowd of New York’s hip hop-meets-fashion crew for the newest D’USSE RE-MIXER series. Gathered at the legendary McIntosh Townhouse, it was a night that showcased all of the synergies between sound, cocktails, and how remixing one ingredient can create a whole new perspective.
The interactive event offered guests including notables such as Georgia Fowler, Vashtie, and TK Wonder, as well as key members of the industry, an intimate taste of D’USSE, the cognac category, and its role in both cocktail and music culture. DJ Millie entertained with sets throughout the evening, as guests were led through the house to experience the work of three iconic masters of their craft:
Legendary cocktail expert Derek Brown and his team from D.C.’s award-winning Columbia Room, provided guests with a sonic wave cocktail demonstration, showcasing how the drink, the Don’t Grab the Water, using a singing bowl to stir cocktails with sound vibrations allows an interpretation of sound through drinks and impacts its flavor. The way the bowl is vibrated and the level of liquid, allows you to watch the cocktail dance via the vibration and changes the flavor. Each of these artistic elements play off the core concept of how altering one simple ingredient – sound, tone, or even spirit base – can change the way something tastes or is perceived on the palate.
Cellar Master Michek Casavecchia, creator of D’USSE XO and D’USSE VSOP, revealed his inspirations behind each expression XO and VSOP, while offering tailored one-on-one tastings.
Grammy award winner 9th Wonder, responsible for producing hits by Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J Blige unveiled the connection between remixing classic cocktails and mixing tracks through an interactive DJ Masterclass, utilizing The World of McIntosh’s renowned sound system.
Guests were able to create their own re-mixed D’USSE cocktails with a full pantry of ingredients after their experience throughout the house. Other notables in attendance included Dougie Joseph, Jamal Jackson, Gitoo, Amrit, Elijah Dominique, Ron Hill, Martin Salomon, Quiana Parks, and Igee Okafor. See more in our gallery below.

The social season to end the Summer is being held in Flushing NY as fans try to catch Serena's return to the US Open. For those lucky to have close view they may be able to check out the different suites around the match and those who attend. Check out below who was spotted at The Grey Goose suite.
Last night, as the US Open quarterfinals kicked off with Serena Williams beating out Karolina Plišková and Rafael Nadal narrowly advancing against Dominic Thiem. The only thing rivaling the heat of the matches was the heat of Victoria's Secret Angels Sara Sampaio and sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid, who were in the audience to cheer on their favorite players.

Over in the Grey Goose Suite, Sara was seen living it up as the matches got more and more intense. The Portuguese beauty adhered to the theme of the night, sporting a playful baby-blue tennis-inspired dress, with tie-up shoulder straps and a ruffled top half. She sipped on the Grey Goose Honey Deuce—the official cocktail of the US Open—while flirting with her longtime entrepreneur beau Oliver Ripley.
The two were practically inseparable, with Sara letting her dress straps fall to her side as Oliver shielded himself with his baseball cap so the two could share a private moment. Says a source.

Elsewhere in the stadium, fellow VS angels and superstar sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid enjoyed giggle-filled girl time together while the matches ensued. In between enthusiastic cheers for her friend Serena Williams, Gigi sipped on some Honey Deuce cocktails herself. The eldest Hadid enjoyed the drink so much, that she even posed with it in her sister's Instagram story. She later paired her beverage with a hot dog, making her supermodel figure even more envious.
This past week other celebs have been spotted like Olivia Palermo, Paul Welseley, and Margarita Levieva.

The Hampton Classic began Sunday, August 26th, 2018 and is running until September 2nd, 2018. There are a lot of competitions, competitors, and of course beautiful horses. A lot of time and effort has gone into the Hampton Classic Show. Here are a few of our favorite photos thus far from the Hampton Classic:
This photo was taken of three year old Ian Roman who won a blue ribbon in the ages two to four portion of the lead line. Ian also won second place in the overall.
This photo was taken of The Long Island Horse Show for Riders with Disabilities Final. She was one of the six finalists in the advanced independent class, and appeared to have a great time.
This photo was taken of Katelyn Hunter who is an alumni of Quartet Farms. She won equitation against more than 25 other participants. Katelyn and her horse are a great team together who are well bonded to each other.
This was a photo was taken of one of the horses up for adoption at the Hamptons Classic Adoption Day. There are multiple programs and foundations chipping in to help find the horses good homes.
This photo was taken of Chopin Z and his rider Catalina Peralta. Chopin Z won first place in the Low Junior Jumper class competition.

On Monday, August 20, in advance of the 2018 U.S. Open, Novak Djokovic hosted a fundraiser for his Novak Djokovic Foundation to help raise funds to provide early childhood education programs in disadvantaged Serbian communities.
The charity event was held at the sales gallery for 565 Broome SoHo, the first residential building in New York City designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano which Djokovic recently purchased a residence within the building.
At the event, Djokovic personally signed the tennis racquet that he used to win the final in Cincinnati on Sunday, a victory that made him the first man to claim all nine Masters events on the ATP Tour. All proceeds from Djokovic’s contribution will benefit the Novak Djokovic Foundation, which provides early childhood education programs in disadvantaged Serbian communities.
