What We're Drinking This Halloween

As the streets begin to fill with pumpkins and the leaves start to fall, the Halloween season seems to be faster approaching than ever. Her are a few of our favorite recipes to leave your guests feeling more spooky than ever.

The Maple Leaf 2.0 

  • 1.5 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège Cognac

  • 3.5 oz. Maple water

  • Garnish: Orange twist (discard). Top with a maple leaf or punched out orange twist in the shape of a maple leaf

  • Glass: Rocks

Method: Pour all ingredients into a rocks glass, stir to combine. Express orange twist over the glass, discard twist, and garnish with a maple leaf.

White Walker Cocktail

  • 1 oz. Dewar's 12 years infused with Rye and turmeric

  • 1 oz. Applejack

  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ oz. Ancho Reyes

  • ¼ oz. simple syrup

  • ¾ oz. egg white

  • Absinthe to rinse the Coupe glass

Method: Shake all the ingredients and serve in a absinthe rinsed Coupe glass with angostura bitters spray on top in the form of white walker face. 

Halloween Cocktails

The Jack – O- Lantern

  • 1 oz. D’USSE VSOP cognac

  • 1 ½ oz. Orange Juice

  • ½ oz. Ginger Ale

  • ½ oz. Triple Sec

Method: Combine all ingredients into shaker and serve in old fashioned glass. Garnish with orange wheel or twist.

The Darke Daiquiri

  • 1 Part Jägermeister

  • 1 Part Aged Rum

  • ¾ part fresh Lime Juice

  • ¾ part 1-1 Simple Syrup

  • ½ Part Egg White

  • 1 Capsule Activated Charcoal

  • Glass: 5-7 oz Coup

  • Garnish: Orange Oil and Peel

Method: Shake & Strain. Skull Stencil Method: Edible ink airbrush with green & gold. Edible gold flakes in the eyes

Spooktini

  • 3 oz of vodka

  • Ice

  • A dash of orange food coloring

  • A dash of dry vermouth

  • Red food coloring

  • 1 ghost peep

Method: Pour the vodka over ice and add in a dash of orange food coloring. Add in vermouth, then shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with red food coloring and a ghost peep.

Pumpkin Spiced Shotte

  • 1 oz. Captain Morgan Jack-O’Blast

  • 1 oz. Captain Morgan LocoNut

  • 2. oz. Cold Brew

  • Top with Whipped Cream & Cinnamon

Method: Jack-O’Blast, LocoNut and cold brew in a shaker with ice. Pour into 2.5 oz. shot glass, top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
