Bob Puddicombe Announces Resignation from Related after 22 years
Robert Puddicombe, Sr. Vice president and Partner of Related Companies, is announcing his departure,after 22 years with the Related. He will be pursuing consulting opportunities in the US and overseas that utilize his unique skill set.

“Working within Related has been a spectacular experience. Exploring how this can be shared with the broader real estate community is my next challenge”. Puddicombe said in a statement on his departure
During his tenure at Related, Bob supervised the design of over 50 Residential developments, bringing in over 3700 luxury condominium units and 7200 rental units . Many of the projects were mixed use, allowing Bob the opportunity to include significant retail, office, educational and cultural projects in his portfolio.
Some of the properties he is known for working with are 520 W 28th Street with Zaha Hadid, 70 Vestry, and One Hudson Yards.
Recently he has worked with Liz Diller of Diller Scofidio Renfro on the design of 15 Hudson Yards, which just topped out this week with more than 50 percent of the building sold.
Beginning as a department of one in 1994, Bob has built a team of 2 dozen architects and engineers who’s’ job it is to manage the numerous third party design consultants Related hires nationally.
The breadth and depth of internationally recognized architects with whom Bob has collaborated over the past 20 years is truly remarkable, including but not limited to : RAMSA, SOM /David Childs, Architectonica, Gwathmey Siegel, Morris Adjmi, BKSK, OMA, DSR, DBB, Clodagh, David Rockwell, Thomas Heatherwick, FOGA, and ZHA.
“I’ve had an amazing career at Related. I have had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most prominent architects of this generation, assisting them in realizing their vision," Puddicombe said.
