Leadership Behind the Scenes

At the helm of the Miss Miami Scholarship Program is Damaris Aguiar, the Executive Director. With a passion for empowering young women, Damaris has been instrumental in shaping the program's direction. In 2012, she founded the DAMA School and Agency, focusing on modeling, beauty, and etiquette training. Her efforts have extended to producing events for Miami Swim Week, New York Fashion Week, and MACY’S. Since 2013, Damaris has been an integral part of the Miss America Organization, first as Assistant Director and now leading the Miss Miami Scholarship Program and Miss Cuba Teen Pageant.
