Restaurant Yuu, by Michelin-starred Executive Chef-Owner Yuu Shimano, will be hosting a collaboration dinner with Petrossian Caviar and Dassai Blue Sake on March 6th.
Petrossian Caviar, established in 1920, has earned the prestigious Special Reserve grade, given only to the finest caviar. Similarly, Dassai Blue received a Platinum Medal at the Texsom Awards and a 95-point rating from Tasting Panel Magazine.
This exclusive one-day event will showcase an 8-course tasting menu featuring top-of-the-line Petrossian caviar courses and Dassai Blue sake pairings.
Highlight dishes of the progression will include:
· Shirako, cod roe meunière paired with Dassai sake lees, almond milk, and yuzu pepper
· King Crab served with a celery root salad with green apples, dressed with coconut milk mayonnaise, grated onion, and ginger, topped with a heap of Petrossian caviar
The special menu will be priced at $400 per person, with the mandatory sake pairing priced at $200.
